"We were early for check in and went exploring. When we came back we found that the staff member we were dealing with had asked his manager if they could upgrade us from a studio room to a one bedroom suite. We were so excited top floor which was only 5 floors overlooking the pool and ocean. Side by side for easy communication. They assisted us with several inquiries on where to go and what to see. They booked our excursions with ease and called for pickup if required. They answered my many questions always with a smile and professionalism. I would definitely refer this hotel if u want some local flair. We were there in mid May and perfect time for us. I hear it gets very busy for summer months. Our experience was excellent. "The property is old, but in good condition. Doug and Jao assisted me all the time and answer my questions about place. Yeah, also i picked this place for the wash and dry. Iwas able to take care of mt laundry. "

"Great stay with amazing views. Room was nice, all inclusive was great, staff were lovely. Food can get a bit repetitive but we found it okay as not picky eaters. Lots of restaurants you can book but we found these varied. But great value overall with the burgers tacos etc, especially for drinks!"

One thing not very happy was for arrange a taxi to Faro airport - was told by the front desk staff that they could arrange taxi with fixed price of 50euro but actually the driver charged by meter for 56euro saying never be fixed "
