"Lovely building and apartment with easy access to bus and ferry. On the fifth floor and without an elevator. Apartment was clean and slept four. Building has washer/dryer in the basement - requires quarters and no change machine on site. Window units in bedrooms, but not in living room."

"The place was exactly as described and very clean! Across the street is an Aldi & Shop Rite. Nearby on JFK Boulevard is a bus stop that has a shuttle to NYC Port Authority for $3.50 (Gate 51). You can save 50 cents on tickets if you buy them at Port Authority Window 23. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner definitely took pains to ensure everything was perfect and was very nice when we spoke. Would stay here again."

The house itself has ample space for 5-6 adults and is clean and well appointed. It’s also 11 mins from the nyc water taxi, which provides all day service to midtown manhattan, very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return."
