"We stayed here while attending a nephew's graduation from Columbia. The property was clean, quiet and well equipped. It was just a short walk to a bus that took us directly to NYC. There are several good places to eat within walking distance."

The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. "We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....
