"Great area to stay. Close to downtown. The house overall was in pretty good shape. In the living room there is quite a bit of bubbling on the wall closest to the street and chipped paint on in the fireplace. There was chipping paint on the window sill in one of the bathrooms."

"Property was well kept, cozy, quiet. Lots of food and drinks around. Communication with Ryan was amazing and we were accommodated with early arrival and a slightly late departure. No questions asked. Would stay here again."

"Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great."
