"We had no complaints about the room. It was wonderful!! Very clean. House keeping was very very nice!!! Some of the staff at the front desk was great!! But others were not. Offered coffe and food. But when we asked about both the couldn’t do it. But they sure were serving the alcohol. And as recovering alcoholics that made us not want to go back there. "

"We stayed two nights and booked the jetted tub suite. The first night we got there our suite was swapped with someone else’s which we found out the following day but the staff was wonderful and try to fix it to the best of their ability and we got our room the next night. The staff was great and the rooms were very nice and clean. "

"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well as a nice park with walking paths and a nice pond. Other cities need to follow Huntsvilles lead with free public parking on the weekend. "

"The staff here are truly wonderful. In particular, a gentleman working in the restaurant—I’m very sorry I didn’t catch his name. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and his kindness made our experience so much better."

"Our stay unfortunately wasn’t the relaxing overnight we were hoping for. When we got to the room, there were ladybugs all over the ceiling, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We understand bugs can happen, but the number of them made it seem like the room hadn’t been checked recently. Later in the evening, there was a loud party happening in a meeting room directly across the hall. The noise carried through the hallway and into the room and went on until close to midnight, which made it difficult to relax and get any rest. The next morning I went to ask for coffee, and the staff member I spoke with seemed bothered by the request rather than welcoming. It left us feeling like we were inconveniencing them just by asking. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable overnight stay. A little more attention to room conditions, noise management, and guest service would go a long way toward improving the experience."

"I needed a last-minute hotel in downtown Huntsville. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and generally, the room was clean. I was there on the weekend and you could hear loud cars every once in a while during the night. I liked the toiletries provided, but otherwise did not use many of the vanities as it was a quick trip. I would stay again in the future if I needed to."

"Costs were NOT reasonable for the stay. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. That’s not full 24 hrs to the stay. We needed Friday to Sunday 3pm to 3pm instead we got Friday 4pm to Sunday 9am it was rip off costs, despite the niceness of the place. "
