"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard.
The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. This area is conducive to getting to know your fellow guests late...
"For the price, you could not go wrong. It was cleanthe host was very amicable. There are also couple of restaurants just outside the property, which was very convenient. We only spend one night on our way from Caminito del Rey, so after a long hard day, this place was more than perfect. Will definitely recommend it for a short stay. "

Our first experience at the hotel, which honestly is not acceptable is that when we arrived to the hotel room we were looking at the room and bathroom where we were staying. I was going to the bathroom when I saw there was PEE on the toilet seat, just gross! So we went down to the reception...

"Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town! "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The public parking was just a block away, very convenient and easy to park for a SUV.
The only downside was the bed, it wasn’t the most comfortable and made some noise when moving during the night, which slightly affected my sleep. However, everything else about the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a perfect spot!"
