InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown by IHG

InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"The only thing I would have preferred is for Valet parking to be a little more organized and customer friendly at $79 a night for valet. Your car should be brought to you downstairs to where the downstairs lobby is. It is inconvenient to have to take a third elevator to get to valet when you have to cart luggage and luggage porters are busy. La Bouchere does not answer their phone when trying to make reservations but once we got into the restaurant, the staff were great. Restaurant is amazing. Patrick in La Bouchere was the bomb. He was fantastic. The concierge staff and front desk were also phenomenal. Will be back but please offer better options for valet. The hotel is convenient to SoFi Stadium and also LAX. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

The Biltmore Los Angeles

The Biltmore Los Angeles

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent, historic, picturesque hotel beautifully detailed and centrally located. Walking distance to the Pershing Square Metro station and many other amenities. Staff (and particularly the breakfast staff) were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean and my room and bed were super comfortable. There was one minor hiccup with a Saturday Summer concert series in Pershing Square that was incredibly loud. Had I known in advance, I would have requested a room on the opposite side of the hotel. A minor inconvenience and only affected about an hour of sleep. Otherwise, everything else was excellent and I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!"

Hotel Burbank

8/10 Good
"The one king bed, one sofa bed room is extremely spacious which was very nice being a family of 5 with 3 children under age 4. A little outdated and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Room was also very loud facing the freeway. We were up on the 15th floor and the sounds of the sirens and the train woke us up periodically throughout the night. Hotel itself is very nice, rooms just need some TLC. In a fantastic location, though, just down the road from Universal, Warner Bros, etc."
