"We had a lovely week in this clean and spacious apartment in Mortehoe. All communication with Katie the host was prompt, friendly and professional with check in and check out arrangements clear and simple. Plenty of towels, toilet roll, hand soaps etc. provided, welcome snacks and bottle a nice touch and dog towels also available. "Second stay in this lovely apartment. Nice things awaited us .i.e.chocolates wine tea and coffe. The whole experience of the apartment was a true joy. If I stayed again I’d not mind if I stayed in the whole time! Never slept better either. Everything was so immaculate. I don’t think a ny detail was left out. Feel refreshed. An absolute joy. "Perfect location to spend time with family. Everything we needed. Spent 2 days with family before going on to London. Loved exploring the town. Only wish parking was easier, but not anyone’s fault. "The property is great for a couple. Home from home, with everything you need. The bed especially is very comfy. The garden sells this property with its amazing views stunning on a summers day. A little akward to find at first, however once sourced its a great find. Parking on the main road no car access but less than a minute walk so really not a problem. Great 3 day stay we had, And very dog friendly. "

"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"So clean and fresh. Lovely backing out onto the fields. With the hedge cut there are some amazing views over the valley. We didiss tea towels and an oven tray. But overall it was very good. WiFi from May. And even though we couldn't use the pool because of Covid. Ilfracombe has Soooo much to offer. Fabulous Taka trail. Walk to Lee. The Beach Tunnels and beach is a great experience. Well worth the stay. Ah and Tesco's is just up the hill. 10 min walk."

"Delightful accommodation with plenty of space to for our three generations and what a location. Had not known about Appledore before we went but its just perfect, would definitely reccomend, from the rockpooling and crabbing opportunities with the kids to wandering down to the Coffee Cabin first thing and simply enjoying the holiday atmosphere and estuary views. We finshed with a meal at the Beaver Inn (book early as its busy)- really nice pub. Oh, and not forgetting the Devonshire ice cream...

"We had a fantastic stay at the mole resort. The lodges are beautiful and the facilities are only a few minutes walk away. The welcome pack for our dog was a lovely touch. We used the tennis courts and swimming pool along with the indoor games room which is a great addition. "
