Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! "July 2016 We are home after a week in villa Betulla. The villa is very beautifully located in lovely surroundings and with a fantastic view over the mountains. It was easy to find with the help from the office, but some of us came on our own later and had great difficulties to find it. The GPS could not locate the house with the address indicated. "The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

"We loved our stay. The villa has everything you’d need: sauna, hot tub, table tennis, games, and lots of extra space, towels and bedding. The kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was very responsive and extra helpful when we had questions. She even met us at the property and gave us local recommendations. Great place to stay with a large group. "

"Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property and grounds were pristine. We had the chef prepare our dinners and would highly recommend, he did an excellent job! We also had an unforgettable 6 hour private boat tour of the lake, it's a must do if you stay at the villa! The host Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one, and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Lake Como. Five stars and two thumbs up for this property and host!"

"Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."

We found ourselves wanting to just hang out there instead of running around. We would definitely stay there again."
