"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The view from the deck overlooking Lake Como is so stunning, we sat outside every morning just taking in the lake and mountains! The private dock was INCREDIBLE, we could jump into the lake whenever we wanted and cool off during the hot summer weather. The rooms were nice, the home has a lovely vintage vibe that feels extremely authentic and very Italian. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was awesome and a great amenity.
