"Ad un passo dal centro di Macerata (50 mt. da Piazza Mazzini) c’è questo piccolo b&b situato al primo piano di un palazzo “d’epoca” che ho trovato pulito ed accogliente, come Simone il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho dimenticato un caricabatterie, e Simone mi ha chiamato dicendomi che sarebbe stato vicino casa mia (Roma) e me lo avrebbe reso. Piccolo aneddoto che conferma la gentilezza del proprietario. Grazie per tutto. "

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. Staying was very pleasant in a very nice designed room and house and garden. We recommend also a hike to caves nearby for more advanced hikers. "

"Bellafiora Bed & Breakfast couldn't have been better. The house overlooks a quintessential italian countryside with the town of Osimo perched on top of the hill just past the B&B's olive grove. "My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. Would highly recommend this B&B"

"The B&B was a beautiful place & lovely people. This is a lovely little family B&B that have dogs chickens and horses all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. We didn’t use much of there facilities as we were up and out most of the day for a motorcross event then back out for dinner in the evenings so mainly just the bed shower and breakfast I personally am not a continental breakfast kind of person but there was a very large variety on that side and they did do scrambled...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's villa. It was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (the villa is very spacious and the rooms cool, even at night ). The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. There are fantastic views across the valley to the mountains - we were treated to a pair of eagles every day and encountered a beautiful stag on one of our night time drives back to the villa.
