"We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you.
