"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. We stayed in the Yew Tree Cottage, as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) this was perfect! The entire place is immaculately kept. "Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly greeting from reception on arrival. Room was way better than I imagined with a view of the gardens.Nice large and comfy bed and decor was a high standard.Booked a superior room so got an entrance hall and dressing room. Grounds were stunning and enjoyed a walk before a nice evening meal. The hotel bar was in the great hall which was an amazing location. The only let down was the WiFi and phone reception.Probably due to the location and age of building. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury break away in the country."
