"Das Appartement ist ganz neu und auf den ersten Blick perfekt. Alles in allem war es eine 4 von 5. Am und im Haus wird immer noch gearbeitet und auch nebenan entsteht gerade ein großer Rewe (EÖ August 25). Es gibt auch einen Lidl in der Nähe und eine Shell Tankstelle. Parken ging auf dem Hinterhof. 2 Punkte sind mir in der Wohnung aufgefallen: ich kam mit der Matratze nicht gut zurecht; wer empfindlich im unteren Rücken ist, sollte vorsichtig sein. "We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"

"Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end."
