"I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed. "We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl!
