There are two different kinds of properties: 1. the hotel and 2. the rooms APEC that are owned by independently owned by individuals. I unknowingly rented the latter kind ( APEC). Common areas are crowded and noisy. Too many people. Slow elevator and broken door handles. Loud talking people.

The property is far away from the city with limited options for food. Although the property has a few restaurant's on site , they close real early and the food is reheated food. Check in/out process was very confusing and unorganized. I was unaware that the property was not actual hotels and was private owned. Had to wait for over 30min after checking time for someone to greet us and walk us in to our room.

Stayed here for a few days and had the best time! The resort is clean, modern, and the location near the fishing village is ideal. The pool by the beach is incredible, and the food is excellent. The staff is super helpful, making it a 5-star experience. I’ll be back for sure!

The resort looks even better in real life than in the photos! It's brand new with a modern design. There are plenty of pools to relax in, and the sunset views are unforgettable. Definitely my go-to spot in Phan Thiet.

Highly recommend this resort! It’s new, the rooms are spacious and clean, the water is fresh, and the hot water works great. The staff is super friendly, and the pool is gorgeous. Plus, the beach is just around the corner.
