"Nice hotel but the check in was poor. Always a long queue and very slow. We were given the wrong room and had to go back to explain we'd booked one with a kitchen and be moved. Room was very nice once we were in the correct one."

"On a one night business trip, got to the room at 5.30pm to find the plug sockets and TV not working, the air con was tripping the fuse.
