"View is beautiful! We were told they would call us when our room was ready- they didn't. Reserved a balony but was given a mountain view with no balcony. When we did get a room, the ac was off and it was stuffy and above 80 in the room. We turned on the ac and after 2.5 hours it was still 80 degrees . The woman at the desk seemed annoyed when I went to notify her. She did send another woman up who was very apologetic and did offer to move us to another room. "

"The room was ice cold when we came in. We figured out that there were 2 thermostats one in the bedroom and one in the main area so we were able to adjust the temp. I would much rather have a nice cold room than hot one. Everything seemed very clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was decently quiet.The location is very walking friendly with shopping and food close by, right next door to Trader Joe's and other prepared food. The stay also includes a free breakfast. They had a very nice selection for breakfast, not just Continental with pastries. We will definitely use this hotel in the future. "

"We were looking for somewhere warm and scenic to host a mico-wedding with our immediate family in March and this house worked out great! Crystal-Mae was responsive and accommodating during booking and with a few questions/requests that came up during the stay. The views are amazing and we enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces and living areas. It's also very quiet and peaceful. We found a nice trail for a short hike only 5 minutes from the house. "
