"We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. "Everything was lovely. We loved our room and all the accessories. The only inconvenience we had was that the ac was not turned on because it wasn’t cool enough outside. However, our window was very sunny and the room warmed up considerably during the day and took quite a while to cool down. We generally leave early and go back to the room for a few hours before having a late dinner. It was uncomfortable. "

"Positioned just below the château with stunning views over Annecy. Less than 5 minutes walk to Lake Annecy Steep walk up to hotel if on foot but car parking available. Felt very authentic and homely with the family cat and dog wondering around. Kettle in room but no coffee or milk available and the hot water in shower was a bit temperamental. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "
