"We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"These apartments are located in the old Annecy. They have been renovated to modern standards but maintain many of their old-time characteristics and architecture. The location is fantastic because you just leave and start exploring the old town. Almost all of the landmarks are within walking distance. Since there's a small kitchen you can also shop at the local markets and enjoy a quick meal at the apartment. Also, every morning a generous basket of pastries and yogurt is left at the door....

"Positioned just below the château with stunning views over Annecy. Less than 5 minutes walk to Lake Annecy Steep walk up to hotel if on foot but car parking available. Felt very authentic and homely with the family cat and dog wondering around. Kettle in room but no coffee or milk available and the hot water in shower was a bit temperamental. "

Great place especially for first time visitors
"These apartments are located in the old Annecy. They have been renovated to modern standards but maintain many of their old-time characteristics and architecture. The location is fantastic because you just leave and start exploring the old town. Almost all of the landmarks are within walking distance. Since there's a small kitchen you can also shop at the local markets and enjoy a quick meal at the apartment. Also, every morning a generous basket of pastries and yogurt is left at the door. Overall, this is a perfect place to soak up the local city vibe. A thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is not accessible by car, which can be an issue if carrying a lot of luggage. There is however a reasonably priced underground parking 1-2 min walk away. "
