Great house. Great location. Area just bouncing back from 2 back to back hurricanes and the house and surrounding towns were great. Property manager was awesome in helping with anything we needed. Looking forward to booking again next year if available!

Great house and a great location. Clean and nice. One complaint was that some mattresses were worn out. My wife and I rolled into each other every night.

Checked in to discover the property had not been cleaned. What a mess! The company was contacted and sent a group over to make it right After that, the place was wonderful!

Great property

Fourth trip to AMI. This is a great house and a great location. The house is excellent - four adult bedrooms + kids bunk rooms. Mattresses all seem a bit worse for the wear, but otherwise the place feels new. Pool is excellent, but I think looked larger in the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessities. Of our four trips to AMI, this house was as good as we’ve gotten. Special shout out to the hosts who managed to find us a new grill on Memorial Day when the existing house grill turned out to be rusted through and unusable.

The most worn out mattresses you can ever imagine laying on. Completely unacceptable sleeping conditions. Inaccurate inventory and amenities. 4 bikes none of which are usable No cooler as stated Kitchen garbage bins were never cleaned from previous rental.

Beautiful Vitamin Sea

The house was beautiful. Pool, hot tub, and outside seating area was perfect. Everything was clean and well stocked. The house is in a great location on the north side of the island within walking distance to public beaches, restaurants, and shops. Linens were high quality, good water pressure, and awesome for each bedroom to have an en-suite bathroom. Despite having hardwood floors throughout, noise didn’t seem to travel through the walls and between floors. The elevator was really nice for hauling in and out luggage. Vitamin Sea was perfect for our family getaway with people ranging from 2 to 65 years old. Many times, rental houses barely meet expectations based on photos. This property was even more beautiful and stunning than the pictures! Do yourself a favor and rent here!

Amazing home! So much do to! So close!

We were blown away with this home and how beautiful it was! It had everything you could ever ask for and the beds were so comfortable! There was a problem with the AC the first night and they took care of it very quickly! They are very attentive and hospitable. It is close to the beach and shops!

AMAZING!!

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent everything! Our family of 9 stayed here and love the kayaks, the pool and hot tub, and being able to walk everywhere! There are bikes if you want to explore more. Would 100% rent again. We miss being there already!

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for our group. The house feels new and clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, not a bad walk to the beach but you may want to rent a golf cart. The pool and hot tub were fantastic

Vacation finally

The house was well equipped and a wonderful layout. I have only two complaints. It should never be said it has a grill. Yes there is physically one there but it doesn’t function. Only half of the three burners works. Very tedious I as glad I hadnt planned chicken I’d been up all night. And more silverware please. We had to wash knives after every meal. Pool was fabulous and we brought a boat so the dock was past handy.

Five stars all around!

A group of 11 of us rented this property to celebrate our 50th birthdays. House and property was gorgeous and well kept, location was perfect with beaches and shops all walkable, we used the indoor and outdoor space to the max. A few had to sleep in the bunk beds but we made it work. Overall a fantastic property and trip!

Looks pretty but not well kept up.

When we got there it was a lovely house, the pool looked great and was in walking distance to the beach. After a few days we started to find small issues like the door handle broken and half missing, lip stick on "clean" wine glasses, uncomfortable beds, not all rooms had blinds, chips in tile in the pool that broke pool floats, washing machine set to rinse and spin before we used it which made us questions how clean linens were and the last night a cockroach in the bedroom. Than there were severe issues like water coming into the first level of the house from a wall and the pool heater was broken. We did send an email about pool heater and other things, to see if we could get the pool heated, however nobody came to fix it. Great decorations, not great quality.
