"Great location and very cute house with fantastic views. Just wish it was stocked slightly better. One beach chair, one seater kayak. No cooking spray or oil. Only salt and pepper. Deck of cards or other family games? With just a few more items to make this house comfortable for a family, this place would be awesome. For the price, it is a reasonable idea. Oh and the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom."

"Perfect spot for an extended family vacation. Great location, walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. Amazing pool, spa and screened area. Too many amenities to mention but the house is fully equipped for anything. We are planning to return next year."

Photos on the listing were renderings and photo-shopped. Falsely claimed sleeping for 16 people. Numerous safety hazards and the majority of the listed amenities were not provided. "

"This place is nicer than I expected. Very comfortable peaceful home with perfect location. I walked bean point every morning to find whole sand dollars. The dolphins play continuously out front and they came very close to me while paddle boarding. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything we needed. We actually never went out to eat. Thank you Joe! . "
