"We enjoyed our stay here, beautiful home and the pool was a highlight! There were a few minor issues. Some miscommunication about kids supplies- there are no high chair, pack &play, or kids dishes. Something to be aware of if you have kids. The faucet to the sink was loose, and there wasn’t a broom or other cleaning tools to keep tidy during the week. Owner was helpful in communicating re: pool app, but be aware you do go through several other people before you connect with owner.Overall we...

"Enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach. Pool area below east side is in desperate need of attention. A little scary when we saw all the electrical wires just hanging from the deck. Pool was cloudy. "

"Great location close to beach access. We have stayed on same street before and it was a tad more busy at night with younger crowds making noise. Kitchen has everything and pool is fantastic. Furniture and wear on house has evidence of high traffic but didn’t disrupt our stay. Overall great spot and terrific amenities. "

"Bean point retreat was in a perfect location. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and seating. The pool and hot tub worked great. It was very nice to have a golf cart included in the stay so that it was one less thing that we needed to rent."
