A new hotel but awesome staff,be it reception or cleaning staff,everybody was amazing specially Sadaf.. A little suggestion, it will be helpful if you keep iron, rest everything was awesome

Smelling Room, Poor Sound Insulation

Room was smelling of cigarette smoke and they informed us they don’t have non smoking room, definitely not a pleasant experience, during the night there was a consistent noise from the reception area of some other guests caused us sleeping interruptions. I wont be staying again.

Personel elinden geleni yapıyor ancak temizlik açısından hayal kırıklığı. İlk odamızda yatağın çarşafların yastık yüzlerinin üstünde tuvalette her yerde kıl vardı. Personele oda değişmesini istediğimizde sağolsun daha büyük bir oda verdiler ancak orda da aynı şekildeydi. Kuru temizlemeyle ilgili olduğunu söyleseler de beyaz çarşafların üstünde çok sayıda kıl görünce insanın midesi bulanıyor. Oda servisi gelmedi. Yandaki dolaptan ihtiyacımız kadar havlu ve su aldık. Kendi dikkatsizliğimizden dolayı( hata bizde) yarım saat kadar geç çıkış yapmak durumunda kaldık. Odayı boşaltmamız için 3 kere üst üste aradılar. Fazlasıyla çirkin ve rahatsız ediciydi. Otel tunalıda. Konum olarak güzel. Aracınızla ilgileniyorlar küçük bir otopark mevcut. Kahvaltı standart. Leyla hanım sağolsun kahvaltı için ekstra yardımcı oldu.

Otel ilk açıldığında gelmiştim o zaman hem konfor hemde temizlik,hizmet açısından çok memnun kaldığım için ikinci kere şans verdim fakat bu sefer beklediğimden çok daha kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Gece yükselen bağırış sesleri ve oteldekilerin bu konuyla ilgilenmemesi ve hizmetinden memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı hizmetini çok yetersiz buldum. Otel yönetimi çalışanlarına uyarıda bulunurken etrafta müşterinin olmamasına dikkat etmeli. Kahvaltı esnasında yönetimin çalışanlarına bağırdığına şahit olduk ve bu durum bizi çok rahatsız etti kahvaltıyı en kısa sürede yapıp otelden ayrılmak durumunda kaldık.

Otele karar verirken bir arkadas organizasyonunda yemek yiyecegimiz yere yurume mesafesi olmasini dikkate aldik. Fotograflari da genel olarak yeni ve temiz bir oda izlenimi verdigi icin burayi sectik. Genel olarak temiz ancak banyo giderinden bir koku geliyordu. Banyo kapisini kaoatarak cozum bulduk. Bir de lavabonun altindaki dolap kapaklarinda su lekeleri vardi. Silinmemis. Carsaflar temizdi ancak ters konmus ve yer yer minik yirtiklari vardi. Oda los Makyaj masasi aynasi var ancak aydinlatma yoktu. Kahvaltisi son derece siradan ama yeterli zeytin yumurta beyaz peynir (ki beyaz peynir yurt disinda bile bu kadar kotusunu yemedim) cay nescafe den ibaret ... Otoparki yok diyebiliriz. Arabanin anahtarini resepsiyona birakiyorsunuz kendileri aracinizi otelin onundeki sokaga vs park ediyorlar... Bu konuda da bir sikinti yasamadik. Calisanlar gayet guler yuzlu. Ama genel olarak otelde bir ozensizlik hakim... 1 -2 gece kalacaksaniz ve fazla beklentiniz yoksa idare edilir...

Etrafı, odaları temiz ve düzenli. İsteklerinize anında cevap alabiliyorsunuz ilgili kibar insanlar. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetli. Kaldığım süreçte memnun ayrıldım. Nacizane isteğim içme suyu konusunda fedakarlık yapmaları. Onun için ücret ödemek biraz tuhaf oluyor, arıtma cihazı kullanarak odalara içme suyu için çözüm üretilebilir. Geri kalan herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Emeklerine sağlık.
