We had a lovely clean room, with a very comfortable bed, and great views over Ankara. The staff were very helpful, and Pakize (the cleaner) was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was also a highlight, and the location was great too!

Overall it was a good, the location was perfect, stuff are very friendly we had a baby one of the receptionists was very kind; she even bought him a toy for our baby her name was (Ghamzeh) also, breakfast was perfect 👌, room was clean, my a/c was not working well I was in the room 511 we had 2 rooms but the other room was better 505, I recommend this hotel 🏨

Newly renovated property in an old part of the city center. Nice remodel, nice restuarant, nice staff except 1 person who was not very friendly nor helpful. did not like the fact that every bill for every charge was in turkish and not in english. I was pushed to sign the final invoice that i coulden't understand (was is Turkish) at check out and therefor was over charged i found out later. I'm disputing the over charge through my credit card company.

This hotel is not even a two star hotel, those pictures of the rooms and the size of the are absolutely wrong , it’s all false advertising. The staff are friendly . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for any family vacation.

Couldn’t be more happier

I enjoyed my seven nights stay at Demora. The hotel is very central, close to everything and surrounding with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious specially Menemen and all the soups. I would like to thank you to everyone at Demora for making feel comfortable. I will book Demora again without any hesitation and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice staffs, poor facilities

The air conditioning was not functioning properly — the room was extremely hot and only started to cool down after about five hours. Additionally, the elevators had very long wait times. There are supermarkets and nice restaurants in the neighborhoods.

Overall the stay was good but the breakfast was disappointing. There were no toast breads, the paochas were finished almost20-30 mins before the breakfast end time. The bello boy at the entry gate was very friendly

The receptionists didn’t give us lunch boxes when we were leaving though I asked many times a day before. Also the receptionist came to our taxi driver and asked for money to pay to him for coming for us. We didn’t like it.

Upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was unable to provide me with the room I had reserved for the first night. Instead, I was relocated to a smaller, substandard room in a different hotel, which was not in line with the expectations set by my original booking. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel has refused to offer any form of compensation or discount for the disruption caused. this situation has negativelyn impacted in my experience.
