My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park.

28 degrees in the rooms

Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march. This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly. Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan and open windows basic service if the rooms are that hot imo. Also i dont recommend the breakfast.

Odaya giriş yaptığımızda eski misafirlerden kalan çöp vardı. Banyoda ki normalde kutulu olan (diş fırçası,tarak) malzemeler kullanılmıştı. Yatak çarşafları ciddi anlamda kirliydi. Resepsiyona muhtemelen gözden kaçmış ilgilenirseniz sevinirim dedim özürlendiler ama yine değişmedi!!! Bunlar dışında bir sorun yaşanmadı.

Konforlu bir otel

Gece geç saatlerde otele gelmemize rağmen çok özenli bir resepsiyon görevlisi ve çok hızlı bir Check-in servisi vardı. Check-out’ta ise minibar kullanım kontrolü olmasa daha hızlı bir çıkış olabilirdi ancak personelin özeni yine en üst düzeydi. Odalar gayet geniş ve rahat ancak terlik vb. servis ürünlerinin iyileştirilmesi gerekli.
