"This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back)."

"I checked in at night, the entrance and apartments were freshly renovated, everything was comfortable, but one moment was unpleasant, the apartment managers sent the wrong WIFi password and I was without connection all night after arrival until I purchased a local SIM card with the Internet in the morning and wrote to the service support that there is no WiFi."
