"Very clean, I got everything I need in our room. They even allowed extra family members stay with me for couple of days without extra charge. Very considerate concierge and staff. It’s next to Shoemart if you need to shop groceries and water. It’s near downtown BGC, everything is walking distance. Breakfast buffet is the best, quality vs quantity. I think it’s well thought, the menu. They have the Filipino menu mixed with international food. Very traveler friendly. I will recommend this place to a world class traveler anytime of the year. Will come back soon!"

"The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel. I was assigned a room with a door that creaks when you try to open it fully. It was also missing drinking glasses and a pillow. I suspected that the room had been stripped of some amenities to meet an emergency need for another guest. The rest of the room was as good as I expected, and the aforementioned issues did not bother or inconvenience me. I feel assured the deficiency did not represent the overall hotel quality. It should, however, be part of the FD training to ensure that rooms like mine are not assigned to a guest, especially during periods of less-than-full occupancy."

"Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel."

"The food was very, very good. There were a lot of cool spots where I could just work and use my laptop, and the internet was excellent. The manager came by to check on me, and I found that to be very top-notch customer service, but the staff was good all the way around. The layout, the cleanliness, and the swimming pool were very clean. Everything was fantastic."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pandora's Nest! The complimentary amenities were a lovely touch - eggs, rice, water, snacks, and chocolate for the kids made us feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible, and I enjoyed my morning coffee without having to step out. The instant coffee and water boiler kettle were great perks. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even helped us find a parking spot for a minimal fee and hooked us up easily with WIFI! We explored the area and found some great affordable restaurants, like the SM food court, which was just a less than 5-minute drive away. We also did some grocery shopping at Alfa Mart, which was conveniently located near the building. The kids had a blast at the playground in the nearby park, and we enjoyed the night market, which was lively and fun. The location was great, with easy access to CCF via jeepney, and electric cart rides available if needed. The warm water shower was a treat, and the place smelled great! Mr. Jack set the bar high - the place we next booked, didn't quite match up."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement."
