• Bright living room with dining table and its dark and warm décor.

• Equipped kitchen: oven, toaster and coffee machine (NESPRESSO).

• Master suite: large double bed, walk-in shower, modern sink and storage. Separate WC.



🚗 Paid and easy parking at Imbach square car park (2 mins on foot).

🚗 Free parking: Rochefoucault car park (15 mins on foot)

The accommodation is situated on a quiet street, right in the heart of Angers, offering you immediate access to shops, restaurants and points of interest in the city.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance
