"This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. "The home is great for a golf foursome. Each person has their own private mini-suite plus the common areas and back patio. Close to the local golf courses and many restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again easily."

"Overall a very good experience. We have stayed at Avian twice before but were not able to use the amenities of Litchfield at the Sea. For this property, we were and enjoyed that extra perk. The property was as shown with enough space for a party of 8 comfortably. The whole family enjoyed the stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have access to the garage in order to charge the golf cart."

"Spent 5 nights. Clean on arrival, nice place, good view. Several issues including WiFi not operating, only one dishwasher soap, no dish soap or towels or dish cloths. Borrowed from sister. Required to laundry towels on departure but provided no laundry soap. No hand soap in kitchen, not much toilet paper. Other condos we've stayed in AZ, FL, CA all this provided, which it should be to a certain extent."

"Friendly caring staff. Staff called me by named & offered an umbrella when they saw me in pouring down rain outside the hotel. Everything was excellent. Nice getaway."
