"We had the best stay at The George! Having visited The Independent before but never staying at the hotel, we decided to book for our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning decor. Our room was so lovely, and the view from the balcony was perfect! The service was impeccable, with every team member making us feel so special and cared for. We also highly recommend dining at The Independent restaurant—amazing food and service! This was truly a weekend we’ll remember forever, and we can’t wait to come back. "Very lovely and friendly staff. Good price. Didn’t like the ashtray and people smoking right by the entrance (I had to walk thru clouds of cigarette smoke twice to get inside) and didn’t like that my room jacuzzi tub didn’t work!"
