"Overall, the hotel was decent, but the rooms could have been cleaner and the property feels a little outdated. The breakfasts were quite repetitive and not very varied. We also noticed that the dark-haired housekeeper was no longer there, and the cleaning was not as good without her. Still, the location is very convenient for a short stay in Mallorca, so overall we would recommend it."

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."

"فندق جيد ولكن تم إزعاجنا من قبل رجال امن الفندق حيث كنّا نائمين ويطرقًون الباب علينا في الليل ويقولون اننا نصدر أصوات وللعلم نحن كنّا زوجين فقط في الغرفة وتم إزعاجنا ثلاث مرات ونحن لم نخرج اَي صوت او موسيقى في الغرفة اَي الأمن في الفندق ناس لا تفهم بلامن وتزعج الناس ولم نكن فرحانين بلرحلة بسبب السكيورتي الأمن الذي أزعجنا كتير كتير أرجو من إدارة الهوتيل النظر في هذه الحالة التي تزعج الساكنين وشكرا "

"This property is in a very good condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Beach front which makes it super convenient. The hotel is great I would have given it 5 starts but the only complaint I have is that you can hear all the drunk people screaming all night. I normally don’t care but it gets really REALLY LOUD. Being jet lagged it made it hard to sleep. Also the pool is small but the size of the hotel. Theres not enough daybeds . Most people just leave there towels and...
