"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle.
