"Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though."

"Arriving in BOM required 1hr to pass immigration - that’s why shuttle is good to have. Shuttle at payment, OK, you need to get to the hotel. Shuttle confirmed - but no shuttle to pick up. Requested by email when where and how to recognise the shuttle, three times - never got a an answer, other than shuttle at payment - after third request to ensure a defined meeting point - the reply was “noted and confirmed”. Front desk manager handled situation well next day. In hotel dining is good."

"I need it a hotel to stay for a short night since I was to arrive close to midnight. If you read the reviews you will see that many of them are negative. It is a very poorly kept place but if you are in a budget, go ahead and stay. Just beware. I did not take into account mosquitoes until I got there. That room was infested with mosquitoes and they did not have a mosquito net. There is no way that you can sleep in that place without a mosquito net. What I did, I left some of my stuff and hang...
