Enjoy lakefront living at its best at this cozy, family-friendly getaway conveniently close to Norris Lake, Oak Ridge, and Lake City. Inside this vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for six for family meals or fun game nights, and a living area with gas fireplace and a Roku-equipped, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. And outside, breathe in the fresh air and take in the view on your furnished deck complete with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. This home also includes central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay, and access to a dock and boat slip for when you want to head out on the water.

Townhouse was great! Layout was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well -equipped and the patio set on the deck overlooking the water was large enough for our group to sit comfortably.The immediate area is very nice but we were about 40 minutes away from our points of interest.Nearby Clinch River Brewing was a nice find. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful

Property was as described. Very clean and everything was in great condition. Kitchen was well equipped (blender, etc) with everything you would need. Location is beautiful and quiet. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to relax

Loved the view. Room for all to spread out. Each bedroom with own bathroom plus a half bath on main floor. Loved the garage and fridge on lower level ... And yes, you need to be able to manage steps(which is not a problem unless you have health conditions) secure and safe location. Able to walk around. Plenty of games and kitchen well furnished. Definitely recommend the stay ❤️

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! Andersonville is one of the closer towns on Lake Norris to Knoxville, which was very nice to have the best of both worlds! This condo was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean, beds were comfortable, great location. Would stay here again!

Great place!

The only reason I docked a star was because the master bedroom had no curtains or blinds on the glass doors out to the balcony. Better bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past sunrise!

Great Property and accommodations

Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front door.

50th Birthday

The property itself is so fantastic. Everything looked and felt brand new. I was very impressed with the layout and was very comfortable. Check-out was a breeze. However, the listing came with a boat slip, which was the deciding factor in our decision to rent. I even contacted the property manager to confirm before and after we booked. We were very upset to get to the marina and could not find the slip. No one there could help; very little information is given on this. When we finally found it, someone else was docked there. I called to complain and was told someone would get back to me, which never happened. This place would have been top-notch if they had contacted me after two attempts, given an explanation, and tried to make amends. We just needed the slip.

Amazing home but terrible communication with Vacasa

There is no question about this home being amazing! It’s in the perfect location, the garage is gigantic and the home was immaculate! The only major problem that we had was with communicating with the company that manages the home. The listing mentions a boat slip being available, but there is no information on where the slip is located or how to get to it. When reaching out to the company we were simply told us to walk around and find it. If you visit this area you’ll quickly find this is impossible. We ended up having to find the marina and then someone who works there to assist us in locating the slip. There should really be a map provided when checking in on how to find where you need to go. They also completely ignored another outreach we had with an issue with the lift provided. We would stay here again only because the home/location was so amazing and because now we know the lay of the land but won’t be booking with Vacasa ever again.

Beautiful quiet getaway

We needed some time away as a family. It was the perfect size for 3 moms and our 2 boys. Comfortable beds. Great stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood right on the lake. The garage is huge. The stairs were difficult for my mom to get up and down but she slept in the recliner downstairs and there is a bathroom on the main floor. We will be back!

Perfect Lake vacation

The property was the best we have ever rented. We loved the hyrdalift for our Malibu boat at Stardust Marina that was part of the package. The garage was also spacious enough for our Ford F450 truck.

Very convenient and comfortable spot

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and we wanted to bring our boat, use the private boat slip, and explore the lake. This place was great. I loved the very over sized garage. I did try to back our trailer into the garage b/c the narrow drive and posts on either side of the garage door. However, there was a grassy patch next to these units that I was able to use for trailer parking. There is a fridge in the garage and the size of the garage makes it very nice when loading the our truck to leave for the boat. The boat slip is a two minute drive down the hill. Pack a cart so you take all your gear in one trip from your vehicle to the boat slip. We met several people who were very nice. My wife and I felt comfortable leaving most of our gear on the boat in the slip. We had no issues. This place is so comfortable to come back to after a little no day on the lake. Great view from the deck, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable living area. Our stay was very quiet as well. This spot is a great value

Beautiful view!

Great space for a family get together. Highlights included the gas fireplace, again, the View, bathrooms for each bedroom, large gas grill and garages. The furniture was very comfortable, as well. For improvement, I would recommend some larger cooking appliances. We brought our own large electric fry pan or we would have had problems for many meals. The large fry pan is great for pancakes, too. The potato peeler makes you work really hard-should be replaced. There should be a way to load and unload at the front door, as well as through the garage. Having a starter supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, and a sponge would have made it more welcoming.
