"Ok let me start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Ricardo who kept sharing with us great meal spots around town, tips, etc... the rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked just fine and the hotel is literally inside 3-4 blocks from the Zócalo downtown park area. Plenty of great restaurants to visit inside waking distance. Make a note that the hotel closes its main doors facing the street at 9pm which made us feel secure and they reopen in the morning. Noise was never an issue at this hotel, and we slept very comfortably. I was traveling with my wife and two teen girls, and never felt uneasy or unsafe at the hotel or walking around this beautiful city."

"This hotel is in walking distance to the Mercado and lots of restaurants! You can easily also find food stands plus lots of stores. The staff is great really friendly! And super helpful I extended my stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues!"

"All I can say is you will not find a better place to stay in Oaxaca City. Everything about this hotel makes it absolutely worth staying at. Easy check in process, great communication from the staff at all times, perfect location about 7 minute walk to the center of everything and impeccable service. The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. And the price is right for such a nice, clean and well run hotel. Very quiet away from all the movement and noise of El Centro. The only small hiccup at check in was an extra 5% charge for using a credit card which isn’t shown in the hotels.com listing. However, this small issue that only cost maybe an extra 50 pesos (approximately $3 USD) wasn’t something that would stop me from going back. In fact whenever I do return to Oaxaca City, I won’t even bother looking anywhere else as this is definitely the best bang for your buck you will find anywhere. One of the best stays I’ve ever had in Mexico. Stay here… You won’t regret it. "
