"The Black Rock is in a very unique and beautiful location, albeit several years old and beginning to age a bit. Unlike other properties we’ve stayed in, amenities like garbage bags and hot water are distributed sparingly in an effort to appear more eco conscious. However, at $500+/night, I feel there are other more guest-friendly alternatives that will likely lure us away from returning."
