1. وايلد ثايم آند هني

Cirencester

"Ive stayed in nicer rooms , ive ate in nicer bars but ultimately its the people that make a hotel. And the people at wilde thyme and honey are fantastic. A special shout out to Izy who couldn't do enough to help. The rooms are cosy and warm with thoughtful touches like pillow spray and a spot of sloe gin which was beautiful, the on site restaurant/ pub was lovely with a great drinks selection. The pantry is a useful addition for extra bits that you may need during your stay. One genuine...

"The stay was OK for the money paid for, however all that I am going to mention costs $0 (or almost) to the property and can make a great location in the middle of the Costwolds a great place to stay. Check in was slow for a pre-paid room. Almost no welcome package with sightseeing, we had to ask, only to get a piece of paper with names of towns. Printing a chat GPT guide costs $0 which we got at all of the other hotels we visited. They told us the restaurant / bar closes at 10pm so we came...

"Our recent stay was average overall, but it was severely undermined by the lack of hospitality from the staff. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was virtually non-existent. During check-in, the receptionist showed zero warmth no greeting, no smile, and none of the basic courtesy you expect when arriving at a hotel. Beyond that, our only other interaction with the team was when they took our breakfast order, which was handled with the same cold, mechanical indifference. Only...

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were quaint and well made up. There was even a bathtub in our room, which was a game changer! We also really enjoyed dining at the property's pub, and the food was amazing! Very much enjoyed the fish and chips and the lamb special they were serving. The location is perfect if you're exploring the surrounding Cotswolds towns and don't want to stay in the center of the action. We would definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the Cotswolds in...
