"Perfect place, very nice employees and excellent service. Will definitely come back"

"Edem Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the relaxing village of Ammoudara Beach, just a few miles from Agios Nikolaos. With only seven rooms, this charming property offers beautiful views of Mirabello Bay and a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days, and our experience was fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with modern touches, exceptionally clean, and just steps from the beach. The room was cleaned daily, with the bed made each day, which made our...

"L’emplacement est très bien par contre notre chambre était inondé et nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi donc l’eau était très trouble"

"Alles Bestens,gute Lage."

"L’appartamento è molto pulito, moderno e accogliente. I letti molto comodi. La posizione è strategica, appena fuori dal centro e con parcheggio riservato. Verificate se l’appartamento ha il bagno disabili perché altrimenti la doccia non ha vetri/tende e il bagno si allaga."

"Alles auf aller höchstem Niveau! Wundervolle Natur sauberes Wasser extrem freundliches Personal alles wie im Märchen !"

"Rooms are very dated, but comfortable and in a great location right by the lake."

"Great villa with a lovely pool, fabulous view in a nice secluded area walking distance to the beach. Very good Greek food nearby, and it was so useful to have a fridge and washing machine! Really recommend this spot — was very relaxing and private :)"

"Very good location at the marina harbor. "

"The property has a fantastic location, lots of stairs, the property needs gereral maintenance, windows did not close properly very small shower that did not drain well… in our room we had a closet size kitchen but a large living space on multiple levels…A/C worked very well. Staff very friendly and accommodating, parking is public parking about 200 meters away at no cost."

"Sehr sauber, allerdings etwas hellhörig"

"Incredible views of the Jonic sea. Literally behind the ocean. Great cafes and restaurants very close"

"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly did not meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The shower was unbelievably small—to the point that an average-sized adult man could barely enter it, much less comfortably take a shower. There was also no one onsite to assist with problems or answer questions, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. Parking was terrible and unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the accommodations and lack of service fell far...

"Schöne Unterkunft mit Meerblick, oberhalb der Haupstraße nach Sitia/Ierapetra, dadurch recht laut. Die nächstgelegenen Restaurants sind 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt "

"Close to the sea. But Its just a room."
