"Great hotel to stay. The rooms were clean, quite and free of the smell cigeraret and marijuana smoke. The beds were comfortable and had no bugs, ha ha. The breakfast was good. They have what typical 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel have. The coffee was very good. They have two self serve coffee machines with the bean hopper. Variety of creamers. They had 3 people cleaning, stocking the food consistently. They don't speak english to well. Parking is only a block away. The casino is 2 blocks away."

"Nice rooms, fridge available, comfy beds and decent showers. Only problem is no elevator for 2nd floor. And heavy doors to go through. Friendly helpful staff. Decent price. Right on the P20 bus line. Lots of restaurants in the area and Holyoke Mall is like a 5-10 min bus ride from the hotel."
