"A 7 minute drive to the airport makes this hotel an excellent place to stay when you have to pick up a passenger at midnight. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I chose the hotels underground parking for security reasons (for an added 14$ fee). There is city parking outside. The room was nice, with all amenities needed. Would definitely stay again."

"Best service I had in my last 25 years of international traveling and it's in my own Country. I announced my hypersensitivity to fragrances ahead of arrival and our room had been ionized to take out any particles in the air. On Arrival the reception had been a delight to check in with and we had been made aware of our fragrance free room. The room was immaculate. I received same day an email inquiring about our check-in. I comment I just remarked that the bedding had a small amount Polyester into the cotton spun in and that I was mildly dissapointed that it was a week early for the pool to open. Next mornings on the way to the excellent hot breakfast I had been made aware my message had been read and the supervisor herself, arranged cotton bedding, open the pool a few days ahead and upgraded our room for the inconveniences. She also personally inquired daily for our well being. But she was not the exception. Her entire team working like a family together and made us feel we where part of that family. I never had encountered service, where every single member took exceptional care for of EVERY customer, no different if booking where done on their home page or a booking platform which sometimes not getting best rooms or service. If you want outstanding service go and stay at the Rodd Moncton, I certainly will and also consider checking out their other 6 locations "

"Easy access in and out of the city. We walked to our restaurant, the river promenade was nice to walk. Property is well maintained and our room was generously proportioned."

"We have enjoyed this hotel often before but changes to include a full hot breakfast have been made since our last visit. Their attention to customer service is superior from the warm welcoming from the reception gentleman to the wait staff that served our breakfast. One female staff in particular deserves mention because of her attentive, friendly service and even mentioning highlights that would be of interest. It was because of this, we actually added an extra day. Great staff! We’ll be back again soon. "
