"Room was clean. Problem with electric for fridge, microwave, outlets in that part of room. Pool was out of order. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay, plenty of options. Parking was close."

"For a quick stay in Ames it's perfect. I was concerned initially because of the ratings, but gave it a chance anyway. The staff I came in contact with were welcoming and helpful! The front desk gentleman was very attentive and friendly! There was a lady that worked the breakfast stations (I didn't catch her name) she was absolutely wonderful, personable and sweet. The rooms were very simple (not fancy), but clean (and I look at everything!!!) As a single female traveler I felt very safe there. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices available! I would definitely stay again."

"The room and the facility are very clean. The parking lot was packed because it was a football weekend. And the spaces were very narrow. Lots of SUVs and pick up trucks. Parking was tight"
