Four-bedroom townhome located in central Ames. 1-mile to Jack Trice Stadium, and 6-blocks to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Plenty of off-street parking. All Rooms now have queen-sized beds, all have smart tv, blow-up mattresses, blankets & pillows for larger groups if needed. Parking area & entry are monitored 24/7 w/ High-def cameras monitored by ASTRA Security. We can generally accommodate early check-in or late check-out for no extra fee, let us know what you need!

Perfect for our group

We were a four year old, his parents, and us, his grandparents. The location was great— walking distance to Main St. The accommodations couldn’t have worked out better for us. And, our host was available when needed. A perfect stay.

Iowa stay

Rental was very comfortable and host was very helpful in setting up a new tv system the had .beds extremely comfortable. Would use this listing again for a stay. Ames is a lovely city!
