Summary:
Fairmead is a sizeable Lakeland end terrace located in the heart of Ambleside, one of the Lake Districts most popular towns.

The property has ample parking for two cars and is just a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of the market town of Ambleside .The property is set over 2 floors suitable to both families and couples alike.

The Space:
On the ground floor is a cosy open plan kitchen dining, living area (BRAND NEW KITCHEN DEC 23) with a log burning stove, traditional oak country kitchen, Bosch appliances and nespresso coffee machine.The dining area comfortably seats 4 people and is the heart of the home. The property benefits from SKY TV in the living room with Entertainment pack and Netflix, perfect for those cosy evenings in or daytime binge!

On the first floor are two double bedrooms with a shared family bathroom with power shower and local natural Pure Lakes toiletries. A separate additional WC is also on this floor.

Fairmead is the ideal base for Lakeland town centre living with many restaurants, bars and cafes accessible directly from the doorstep as well as for those who love the great outdoors, with an abundance of walks available without the need to move the car.

Guest Access:
Guests have use of the whole property as well as the private parking at the rear of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Ambleside, Fairmead has restaurants, bars and shops directly from the doorstep!

We love the fact that once you arrive you may not need to move the car again as many walks can start from the front door, alternatively a frequent bus service can take you to other areas of the Lake District

Interaction with Guests:
We manage the property on behalf of the owners who purchased the property in 2014. We are available 24/7 and would love to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay.
