"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days as a part of her birthday celebration and had an incredible time. I was able to work with Jeremiah to plan a surprise dinner by the water with a birthday cake, flowers, champagne, and decorations that she loved, and we were blown away by Victoria House and sad to be leaving today. Jeremiah, Ashley, Ruben and Travis were all exceptional members of the hotel’s staff and we loved talking to and learning about their lives each day. Before arriving we scheduled snorkeling with another company and had a lot of trouble figuring out transport - the hotel arranged a next morning trip that was cheaper and visited the same locations as the previous company, but dropped us off to and from the hotel which was a relief and so convenient. The pools and facilities here are incredible but the people really solidified this as 5 stars for me, highly highly recommend."

"Eveleine took great care of me as a guest and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Got two welcome drinks, a plate of fruit and discount for the spa, which was great. I however did not like the noise around the hotel at night. There was loud music at night. "
