"I would stay again even though our stay wasn't perfect. The staff of the hostel were incredible. Great recommendations, very personable. The AC was wonderfully responsive. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was very pleasant. The water available for refilling our water bottles was an absolute delight to have access to at all hours. We didn't know that there would be some construction going on while we were there to fix some stairs - hearing a drill at 7:30am wasn't the most pleasant, nor was smelling the wood stain in the early morning hours. I do wish the bathroom walls were scrubbed down a little better. Impressively though, there wasn't any sand on the floors of our room upon arrival. Being on the waterfront, the smell of the sargassum was very strong and did get inside. The sargassum has absolutely nothing to do with this property specifically though, it's just something to note if you're traveling to this area."

"Coco beach was great overall. My daughter loved the pool and loved jumping off the rock like structure. Despite all the reviews saying it was a lively hotel it was very quiet. My daughter was afraid of the iguanas so we could not play ping pong and etc. We were on San Pedro at the most busiest weekend "Lobster Fest". There was only 1 family at a time other than us at the pool, there was no music, and iguanas walking around. I can not leave out the thousands of mosquitos (please bring deet- anything else they will eat off). The lobby was full of them. The food at the hotel was good. The drinks were amazing, the view was nice. It is located on the far end (quieter side) of San Pedro but not far on a golf cart. We also got to Secret beach win 25 minutes. "

"The Belizean Shores Resort is a great property and location for your vacation to Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is just far enough out of town to be away from the bustle but close enough to get there in 20-25 minutes if you rent a golf cart during your stay - which is highly recommended. The staff is always cleaning the grounds or tending to guests’ needs. And they are very friendly. "

"Amazing stay with my family and friends. We had all of the accommodations (loft and two bedrooms) and they were phenomenal. One issue with the A/C but the property and the associates made it right for me and my family. Ravey, good human right there, he took care of me and the family. Security folks, chef kiss, concierge Team amazing, BAR tenders were Tendering!! "
