"Our reservation was messed-up and it took nearly an hour to get into the room only to find that AC was not working. Half an hour later we were shifted to attic room due to AC but the room itself was really bad and felt like it had not been used in a while. Next morning we were shifted to proper room and the administrator/owner apologised us for mess-up the night earlier. Amenities like in-room kettle and iron stand, etc. can definitely improve besides proper parking space. On a positive note,...
