"Room was okay for the most part. Tub and floor was a bit dirty in the corners, but I kind of expected it. Staff was helpful with any questions I needed and were very kind to us during our stay. If I ever go up that way for another con, I’d probably stay there."

"This hotel is in downtown and convenient to many restaurants and businesses. It is also within walking distance to a number of attractions. It has its own restaurant where we enjoyed a good, reasonably priced breakfast and drinks in the evening. The Woodbury restaurant next door was excellent and offered a second dining option within steps. The hotel has a large, easily accessible parking lot for a small fee. The large room was clean and very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was a bit small but had plenty of towels and amenities. The only negative was that we used the service elevator throughout the day because the other elevators did not seem to be running."

"Small hotel close to everything. Booking with Expedia ruined the experience because they didn’t bother to complete the booking on their end despite taking the money sending me confirmation and my itinerary. Just couldn’t be bothered to inform the hotel. Then spent hours on hold with multiple “customer support” and finally they made the reservation. Problem should have never existed in the first place and the. Should have been resolved in minutes… not hours."
