"Impressive hotel.Room was clean. Our room temperature could not be controlled to a comfortable setting. Staff was helpful but at checkout insisted on charging our card for payment. We told him that we had prepaid… finally the girl who had checked us in confirmed it was already paid. They didn’t mention airport shuttle and we forgot that it is available . Took uber to airport. Breakfast was a reasonably good spread."

"Quite an extraordinary property. The breakfasts were great, the gym useful, and the pool area and saunas were delightful. The pool temperature was lovely even during a rain. We highly recommend this property. Walking does not bother us, and it was a pleasant walk to Nyhavn and the Little Mermaid, etc. If walking is a problem, taxis and Uber both came to this property in addition to the metro. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very easy access from the airport. we arrived late so it was nice to see that check in is self operated, we didn't meet any staff member on both check in and leaving. The room was very small with a bit of mold smell in the shower. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see outside. but it was excellent for the overnight accommodation we needed. The breakfast was AMAZING ! very surprising and greatly appreciated."
