"The hotel is not located near the Airport and it is bad practice to mislead the guests, the taxi ride is long and expensive, there should be shuttle bus. The phone has not been answered because the reception was busy! The room has no ambience, terrible fit out and four stars for being Sheraton! Nothing pleasant or friendly about this hotel."

"Inclusive breakfast was great. Had to change rooms on arrival as room safe was not working. Made the move and again room safe was not working. Did not bother to ask again . Had to notify reception that lighting in emergency fire escape staircase was not working. VERY dangerous if a fire were to occur. It appears that there are no maintenance of room staff available through the night time period. That's of concern . everything has to wait until the morning."
